Rent payments are separate from a landlord's RentPR subscription and are processed by the payment method selected in the app.
RentPR sends the contractual rent amount to the payment workflow and does not add a payment-method surcharge or a RentPR rent-payment fee.
Stripe or PayPal may deduct processing fees from the landlord's connected receiving account under the landlord's agreement with that provider.
A landlord may establish one lawful, agreed monthly rent that reflects operating costs. It must apply regardless of the tenant's payment method and must comply with the lease and applicable law.
