Request RentPR account deletion

RentPR users can request deletion of their account and related personal data from inside the app or by contacting RentPR support.

How to request deletion in the app

Open RentPR, go to Settings or Profile, open Security, and tap Request account deletion.

How to request deletion by email

Send an email to support@rentpr.net from the email address connected to your RentPR account. Include your name, account email, and whether you are using RentPR as a landlord or tenant.

What may be retained

RentPR may retain limited records when needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, payment disputes, tax/accounting obligations, legal compliance, or to protect the rights of RentPR, landlords, tenants, or payment providers.

Timing

RentPR may need to verify the request before processing deletion. We will review requests and respond as reasonably practicable.
