Request RentPR account deletion

RentPR users can request deletion of their account and related personal data from inside the app or by contacting RentPR support.

How to request deletion in the app

Open RentPR, go to Settings or Profile, open Security, and tap Request account deletion.

How to request deletion by email

Send an email to support@rentpr.net from the email address connected to your RentPR account. Include your name, account email, and whether you are using RentPR as a landlord or tenant.

Email an account deletion request

You do not need to reinstall RentPR to use the email request path. Never send your password, verification codes, full payment credentials, or identity documents in an initial request. If you no longer have access to the account email, explain that to support so an appropriate verification method can be arranged.

What the request covers

The request covers the RentPR account and associated personal data, including the account profile and eligible app records, uploaded files, device tokens, and linked analytics or diagnostic data. Support reviews records connected to other people and any legal retention requirements before confirming what is deleted or retained. Submitting a request is not immediate deletion.

What may be retained

RentPR may retain limited records when needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, payment disputes, tax/accounting obligations, legal compliance, or to protect the rights of RentPR, landlords, tenants, or payment providers.

Timing

RentPR may need to verify the request before processing deletion. We will review requests and respond as reasonably practicable.

When responding, support will explain the scope of deletion, any information that must be retained, the reason, and the applicable retention period or criteria. RentPR cannot remove copies independently kept by landlords, tenants, recipients of exports, or payment providers; their own obligations and privacy policies apply.

Subscriptions and Rental Agreements

To stop Google Play renewals, open Play Store > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > RentPR, or manage Google Play subscriptions. You may request deletion without waiting for a paid period to end. Deletion does not itself cancel a subscription, a lease, or an outstanding rent obligation. Export records you need before access is removed.
